Japanese infuence on roller printed cotton. This was not printed in Japan, but more likely Russia.
A small repeating design of Japanese style motifs on a cotton flower and fruit filled ground, in mid green on a mid blue ground, with touches of lighter blue on the motifs.
8ft x 5ft 3 in; 1.83 x 1.6 m drop
2 widths each width 30 1/4 in; 78 cm + a 3 in; 8 cm piece.
Very good.
