Wonderful ground colour.
the tangerine damask ground woven with a dragon meander and flower medallions, embroidered with two children, one holding a flower the other a present, near bridges and surrounded by trees and flowers, the children worked in long stitch, their surroundings all in Peking knots and with a little gold wrapped silk couching,
Excellent. The sleeveband is still joined but could easily be unpicked for framing.
