A charming understated fichu to be worn folded into a triangle.
The fine cotton with delicate embroidered wool borders with snuff coloured scallops containing a camel coloured meandering leafy branch, and groups of four pink dots.
35 in; 90 cm square
One small hole to the edge. Five very small old darns. A little of the embroidery has come away here and there and there is very light markings to centre ground, but hardly noticeable.
