Rare, small and charming. Having looked through lots of books I cannot find another one similar. If you know of one please let me know. Can you visualise wearing a white Regency empire line dress and holding this. It might have held a coin but nothing else.
Two circles, wired and covered with light green tape, with mauve and green knotted silk centres, the top one gathered into similar green silk ribbons.
3 1/2 in; 9 cm diameter.
Very very good. There may be very very slight fading to the top and base mauve, but that may have been done on purpose. The centre shade is slightly darker.
