Another stunning hat. This one is called Silaung. The production of these three sided hats is in decline as the people moved to modern alternatives.
The three sides, each with a wide stripe of woven black and natural diamond designs, the top with a few red beads, the three side at the rim, worked with a wavy abd straight line, edged in thicker stained red rattan, the inside with a round head shaped piece.
