Braids
c 1900
These livery braids would be great for cushions, for costume makers or re-enactors. Very nice colours and design.
In grand households liveried servants - footmen, carriage drivers and servants - were required to wear impressive uniforms. These braids with their crowns, reflect a wealthy family.
