Wool applique tablecover, in scarlet, mid green, pale blue and cream, with a central cream curving diamond, within a red cartouche, flanked by double fleur de lys, in two sizes, the spandrels with roundels with stylised leaves and flowers, the deep border a repeat medallion design, the corners with stylised flowerheads, 1.46 x 1.26 cm. c 1860
Condition
There are some minor marks to the ivory centre. There is slight discoluration to the green to the green field and some holes. You will see these from the photos. However, when displayed on a table these could probably be placed at the back.
