Linen Jacket & Waistcoat

A good quality linen has been used. My friend John kindly offered to model for me.
Cataloguing
The jacket with rounded lapels, a buttonhole to the jackets left hand sdie, three linen covered buttons and curving hem, flap pockets, rounded at front and square at back above a waist seam, the back with curving seams, two lower covered linen buttons above pleats and vent, inside slit pockets, lined in calico to the upper half. 38 in/97 cm chest.
The waistcoat with a narrow low shawl collar, six mother of pearl buttons and three pockets, the back of cotton with adjustable strip.
Condition
The jacket has some markings to the lower right hand side. The back has staining to the top left hand side and to the lower hem area. Ask for photos.
The waistcoat is badly stained. Ask for photos. I assume the buttons would originally have been linen. The buckle is missing from the adjustable back strip.
