Hussar-style Girl's dress

Inspired by Hungarian huszar uniforms with their braids and tassels. There was a fashion for this look for women and children's dress at this period.
Cataloguing
The ivory lustrous silk with a high waist, the bodice with square neck with two rows of double piping, the bodice front with similar double piping in horizontal wavy lines, each side with five twisted silk loops and balls, covered with openwork silk casing, which continue to the hem stitched to a vertical tuck, the shoulders with green silk large looped ribbon with a further two balls, puffed sleeves edged with double piping and crossed with balls, the back with three rounded silk button opening, with vertical pintucks from neck to high skirt where they flare outwards, more loops and balls in two rows to the back.

Condition
I think the green silk loops are original.
